The easiest way to place an order is by logging in to the Customer Self-Service section on our
website. You can submit your order there any time of the day, 7 days a week. You can also call
+370 656 23139 (calls are accepted daily from 8:00 to 17:00).

When placing an order, please provide the animal’s tag number (identification ID).
If you submit an order, you will receive an SMS notification about the next day’s collection,
including the driver’s name and phone number.

Leave the carcass as close to the road as possible and cover it with a cloth or other breathable
material. The use of plastic wrap is strictly prohibited.

Removal – €214/t + VAT (100% covered by state aid) = €0 + VAT
Destruction – €235/t + VAT (100% covered by state aid) = €0 + VAT

Category I and II
State support for carcass removal:
Removal – €214/t + VAT (100% covered by state aid) = €0/t + VAT
Destruction – €176.25/t + VAT (75% covered by state aid) = €58.75/t + VAT

Other contracts and rates are negotiated individually, so please contact us - we will discuss your

No, you cannot bring the dead animal yourself. Collection is carried out by special transport,
after the order has been placed in advance.

To purchase and transport our products, veterinary permits are required, so it is not possible to
purchase products on site. Products can only be purchased after prior arrangement with our sales
department and signing a purchase–sale agreement.

The company produces rendered animal fats (Cat.1 and Cat. 3), which are delivered only by tank
trucks that meet animal by-product transport requirements. Processed animal proteins (Cat. 3) are
supplied according to client needs – in big bags or in bulk, without packaging, directly into
vehicles or containers (liner bags).

Invoices are sent within 1–2 business days after the animal has been collected, to the provided
email address. If no email address is available, the invoice is sent by unregistered mail (postal
service fee – 3 EUR), though delivery may take longer.
